Q: How do i cancel my account?
A: You can easily log into paypal to cancel your account.

Q: It wont let me renew my subscriptions
A: With the merger we took off the ability for the account xunleashed.com to work with paypal renewals. If it says your renewal failed and you want premium do the following.

Log into your subscription information
http://www.taultunleashed.com/PremiumMembers/login.php

Purchase a premium account upgrade.

You have to do this once a year for a new account.

I bought xunleashed a few years ago, how do i download it so i can use it? i still have the origional e-mails with key codes needed to use the program but i cant seem to download the program without upgradeing to this premimum membership that i dont want.

you cant use xunleashed without a premium membership. the keys are no longer valid as we have moved to a new validation system.

I've tried to upgrade my membership SEVERAL times and every time I try I get a login screen where I type in my credentials and get returned to the same login screen. Only other option seems to be to create a new account.
