Ice tank low level powerleveling : City of Heroes - Submissions

Im going to reincarnate an old tactic into a guide. this a guide to ice tankers. this guide takes work. you must level your ice tank to level 10. he will only last to level 14. you must hten remake the ice tank.

heres how it works.
your going to want to level yourself to 10 - easy enough
here are the powers you want, slots wont matter much
*NOTE* your damage choice wont matter, you wont use it

Frozen Armor
Hoarfrost
Chilling Embrace
Wet Ice

Icicles(optional at level 12)

ok, so now you know what you need. heres the team your going to want.
1 empathy healer/controller
2 controllers
anything else works. however, i STRONGLY recommend not letting and scrappers or tankers in. they try to do it themself and cause mass death. blasters, controllers, and defenders are great.

you must also have all team members give any dark purple, orange, blue, and green insperations straight to you. you will need them.

ok, so now youve gotta find the right spot. my favorite it a large group of boxes in the very farmost lower right hand corner. theres a large open box, youll see it. put all members behind it, blasters and controllers must jump on the side of the box when you say go and pull off there powers. defenders need to stay on the side or jump in and heal as neccesary.

Go around some mobs and hit one, bring them aobut 20 feet, hit them again, and pull them to another group. do that to group after group, 3-5 prefferably, and now start hitting the whole group every 20 feet until you get close to the box and jump in a corner. waiut about 3 seconds then yell go or fight or whatever you want. you may need to use inspirations / hoarfrost while herding/grouping. this i s massive exp but takes awhile to get used to.
