Lineage 1 Sprite making. : L1 Lineage 1 Submissions

It would be nice if someone would put on here or send me the info on how to make the lineage sprites.

I have the programs spr maker and extractor.

I just need a to know How to enlarge sprites.

I did it before but for got and i know it's easy. What program and what format is the file saved in before repacking it is what i need to know.. the bit amount and all that..
