Apparently wow is down to 5 million users as all of china has suspended using wow now. Blizzard of course is not saying anything but this does now make wow not even close to being the worlds largest game.

Do you think wow will recover or are the days of wow over?

I think the days of WoW aren't going to be "over" but I do think WoW's popularity is going to drop significantly.

Wow thats pretty interesting. I never knew that, Wow. Blizzard must be crying right now. But as the poster above me said, its got to happen sometime. But World of Warcraft will be back on their feet in no time, Even if the Chinese dont want Blizzard, Blizzard will be making there money elsewhere. I dont know, But I think that someone needs to come out with a cool game thats a mix of like a maplestory, world of Warcraft and some other online games. That would top the Rankings. Never will happen, but still I can dream about it.

I hear different reviews about Aion. from the soudn of it I think alot of players will be going beck to wow once they get sick of the lack of PvE content, not that WoW is much better since its all really easy now. So who knows

I beta tested aion for many months, played both the chinease and korean versions on release.... and played north american retail when it came out the game is Lineage 2 with quests.... if you want to spend half your known life leveling up YOu will love it. other wise it sucks.. there is nothing new in it.

wow, will only fall further and further if the cataclysm expantion doesnt go JUST right, now i'm a fan, even tho ive quit for now... and i have to admit, it loooks rediculusly badass
unless this pulls in MORE players, insted of there large decreasing number of new players.... china will be the least of there worrys

WoW was perfect when it was brand new, The BC was ok and wotlk was just sad. I dont want catacalysm to come out ever, it will kill the game even more. Although wow is dieing, Aion will never be better.
