The behavior sounds correct. Using the heightened senses trait and tracking in conjunction, allows hunters to seek and find stealthed and unstealthed opponents. They could, if within range, then select the target they intend to track and close with them.
and include another sentence.
This would enable the hunter to shoot the stealthed creature and is the
intended behavior according to what I have been told.

is useable and posting an fyi from the main free forums is good but not a major achievement since everyone should be reading the lotro forums especially the dev tracker anyway as it is the best source of current and upcoming game info
