umm, u prolly kno this already but try ettins..they drop alot of runes, idk if tht wut u mean by salavage items tho.(idk much about ettin farming so plz ask

Pretty simple... Ettin farming drop run, a lot of them, many minor and major, and sometime superior.... Go to beetletun, north of Temple of age. Go outside and follow the road. There is some ennemies thats gonna remove mending, so put healing breeze on you, then use sprint. When the road finish, u might see 3 or 4 group of ettin. Kill them with basic w/m skill. After, lead to the portal in front of you. (press u to see it in the map)... Then, follow the road, u get into a city (no name city, its used for the defend north krytia province) and go a head. There might be some ettin there... So Good luck... |

If you're looking for rare runes to salvage Ettins are the way to go, Avicara in the Southern Shiverpeaks also drop runes now and then too If you're looking for rare materials to salvage, then...good luck, just salvage all the "White Mantle Savant Robes" and other similar items with an Expert or Superior Salvage kit |

ettins totally rocks for runes i'm not sure if they nerfed it or not havnt done in a while |

Actually i'd say the absolute best place in my opinion would be Ring Of Fire Chain Islands area chest runs i've gotten atleast 4 Sup Vigor there in two weeks but for your lv, yeah ettins wud be good |

yeah fire ones r great and its esy if got ice weapon or water ele does mass dmg where as nuker der dnt do much and flesh golems r esy solo with tank and could just run around with keys to chests |

If i need materials i take my monk and go kill snake dance and Dreadnaught's Drift just solo this piece and salvage everything you find. From the giants you get lots of steel ingots |

ettins are probably the easiest enemies that drop the best items i got about 3k in one day out there east of beetletun. |
