Make what better? The experience people get from being in your guild? the amount of money you have for things? A guild hall? A cape? |

im not a leader but i know that if u want the other ppl to have a more enjoyable time then just try and GvG (That's always fun) and be nice. If sum1 needs help offer the best help u can give. Oh and if u relly want them to have fun, try and join an alliance and do 12Vs12's those r prbly the most fun i've had in guild wars. Oh and for the bigger part: 1)Alliance 2)Recruit, Recruit, Recruit! (Get Non-Officers To Recruit And Tell You The Names Of Ppl) |

It's also always nice to have alliance get-to-gethers... Like on teamspeak or something. I was in BRO and it was like everynight at 7 the alliance would hop on vent so there would be like 200 people in one channle organizing farm groups and mission groups. |

Here are the 3 main points I find are needed for a good guild : -1- Officers willing to help ppl on their missions -2- A good PvP base -3- A dedicated website However, I agree with azureknight... Kick shamelessly all non-active members. I have heard of guilds that do not do this, for the fact they can say they have a big guild... Nonetheless, what is the point in having 3 ppl-max on all the time? |

lol...I'm a guild leader. like 8 people total in my guild...two of those accounts are my accounts. List reads like this: Guild Leader: Me Officers: Me #2 Officer 1 (last logged on 2 weeks ago after 1.5 year break) Officer 2 (last logged on 4 weeks ago after 1 year break) Officer 3 (last logged on 1 year ago) Officer 4 (last logged on 1 year ago) Officer 5 (last logged on 1 year ago) Officer 6 (last logged on 2 years ago) yeah I'm not the most ideal person to give guild advice...my guild consists mostly of people who play WoW. We're all friends but we play different games...I don't play WoW. I play Guild Wars mostly by myself with the occasional PUG. We have a dedicated website (mostly forums, I am one of three webmasters). We got together while playing The Matrix Online and moved onto other games. We got to know people before we let them in the guild...made sure they fit with the guild...and I think nearly all the people who got invited haven't left because they love the group. We've all become good friends and have regular meetings outside of the games. Doesn't matter what we play...we hope to be interested in the same games...but it doesn't matter if we aren't...we still hang out on our forums and in vent. |
