Have they made a release date for this beast yet?

2011 is the "release" year lol. That's all I know so far

The good folks at Massively.com have gone over the new Guild Wars 2 video with the proverbial fine-tooth comb--and they liked what they found!

Seems like a con... as in "The Most Efficient Way To Acquiring Gold In An MMORPG, they suggest this....
1. Get good grades at school.
2. Go to a good college or university.
3. Work hard and get a good degree.
4. Find a good job that pays well.
5. Buy gold from the developers or an illegal website."

Fishy?

Yea but how much is it going to be like gw1. I wonder if they are going to try to take the gw1 crowd or do something else. The last major sequel i remember was eq2 before that was ac2 which failed horribly.
