Post subject:  Farming Area for Rares + Template
Here is a good template you can use to farm the area "Riverside Providence" since Drakes in Kryta were nerfed.

Template: The Emo
Primary: Elementalist
Secondary: Monk

Attribute Setup:
Smiting: 12
Healing: 10
Energy Storage: 8

Skills:
Balthazar's Spirit
Healing Breeze
Symbol of Wrath
Balthazar's Aura
Orison of Healing
Zealots Fire
Healing Touch
Shield of Judgement {E}

Strategy: (Have Balthazar's Spirit on at all times)
Aggro a group of White Mantle Justicars or Undead mobs and start off with casting Shield of Judgement and Zealots Fire, then cast Balthazars Aura on yourself (aoe on target ally) then throw Symbol of Wrath on the closest justicar. Next thing to do is throw up Healing Breeze, hit Healing Touch and then hit Orison of Healing if you need some more health. Then just recast Symbol of Wrath/Balthazar's Spirit untill theyre all dead. Do this to every group of mobs you find and you will find tons of rares in the process.

Not bad, but a better idea is to go either Monk/War or Monk/Ele or even Ele/Monk and use

Balthazar's Spirit
Reversal of Fortune
Symbol of Wrath
Balthazar's Aura
Orison of Healing
Zealots Fire
Healing Touch
Healing Hands {E}

You cast Spirit > Zealots, Pull mbos, then cast Aura > Healing Hands > Wrath > Spam Reversal and Orison, and you can farm 2x faster and more mobs :)

SoJ is not a good spell for farming.

Smite:12
Healing:10
Protection:8(or 10) if you have att point quests.

Better to be monk primary for use of runes.

SoJ is good because it reduces the damage you take while you aoe by knocking the attacking mobs down. The method I posted works very well for PvE farming in Riverside.

Also the whole reason for Elementalist Primary is the use of energy storage to gain a large pool of energy, that way you can use Balthazar's Spirit to gain back energy, but you have a large pool of energy to cast from and dish out a lot of spells as soon as possible.

With spirit up you have no worries about energy ;)

Allowing you to up your proteciton/smite/healing with runes, being monk primary.
