first off make sure u only have one healing skill (preferably healing breeze), then make sure u got high fire, then you also might want protective spirit or some other damage reducing spell. When you first start, cast fire storm, then your mirror will cast it also, move out of his firestorm, cast protective spirit/healing breeze(if u are low on health), and then just flare him to death.
*you mirror will not move out of the way of you firestorm*
i did this and killed him in 43 seconds
