First you need to be at beetlerun. Now from there go through the portal taking you to Nebo Terrace. Once there take a right and you will see a res. point. Keep going past it and up the hill. There will be mergoyles and wavebreaker mergoyles, but honestly its easy to run past them since the dont do much damage without mind wrack. at the top of the hill press Alt and look for a chest.
