Basicly you start off from Fishermen's Haven and follow the path to tears of fallen extrance, once you are in tears of fallen there is a granddrake right near the entrace it is easly downed by any lvl 20 since its only 1 monster. I personally do it with my ele/mo using rain of fire, lava front flame burst and inferno (a great combo for any soloing situation) i also bring along a self heal like healing touch and healing breeze basicly healing breeze is enough versing the granddrake most times you won't need it at all.
Anyways the whole point of the exercise is to constantly kill the single granddrake then going back through the portal to stingray stand then going back again to tears of fallen, rinse and repeat.
Granddrake drops a gold or purple item around average every 4 turns ussually close to or Max dmg, also gives a nice handy 100xp each kill to lvl 20, takes around 20 secs top to repeat also the drake drops around 40-160 gold sometimes.
