Necrotic Transversal/ Easy Dunes of Despair bonus **Pics** : GW Submissions

Necrotic transversal is a skill that alot of people overlook, but has the ability to get you into alot of neat places. I checked but I dont think any one has posted this yet. (Searched)

One of my favorites is on the dunes of despair mission. This missions bonus is almost impossible to get legitly.

First, kill all of the creatures inside the main area including the enemy ghostly hero, then bring the hero inside but DO NOT put him on the altar as of yet.

Second, bring all of your ranger/ele ranged friends to the other side of the wall directly accross from the altar and climb up on the hill where the seige worms spawn.

Third, kill one of the enemies below if you can any of them, which you should be able to 4/5 times.

Fourth, use necrotic transversal and warp outside of the main area and suprise, the timer hasnt started.

Proceed to lure the generals out of their fort or lead the enemies back up to the cliff where the rest of your party is so you can nuke/range all of them.

Lead the hero to the altar and dont worry about so many enemies causing havok .


I am trying to see if you could possible warp to the walls of the mursaat gates on many of the ring of fire missions. No more rares left on top of the ledge. I believe this skill has many capabilities

These show me getting on top of the watchtowers in riverside as a proof of concept, it works anywhere. I blurred my ingame name, but in one of the pics I made sure that I could prove they are mine.

I changed my mind, I wanna see this being exploited to an extent, It doesn't show anything super useful as of now. Show me some map skipping or something, video, pictures etc.

I'm thumbs down until he actually posts pictures or video of the method in the dunes of despair mission. I have known about the ability to travel into areas via necrotic traversal for quite some time (in fact, it was VERY common knowledge and used to be how people completed the thirsty river mission, bring a necro, kill a few things over the walls, teleport in, do as much clean up as possible, THEN start the timer...) so I would like to see what makes this unique.
