Optimization : GW Submissions

woot 6th time ive tried to type this out and im farking pissed. i will post this in FFXI, KO, GW, and WoW because i like these sections more but it will work on all games. posting it in the submissions section because i want to see if people like it.

just run the file in whichever zip you want. both do the same thing except one disables norton and one doesnt. feel free to scan the file if you want but there is no virus in it.this will lower all your system settings and turn off most services. to restore your oldsetting restart your computer. enjoy ^.^
