GW Map Exploring Exploit : GW Submissions

This is an exploit to become an grandmaster cartographer...
It shows the areas that have not yet been explored.
U have to unpack the file into ur guildwars folder, and run the .exe, then link it to ur guildwars.exe, and tadaa
It's easy use so not really worth a big explanation

Now let me clear this info up a bit...


TexMod is a program that replaces textures on the fly (it intercepts textures being sent to the video card and replaces them as needed...it does not modify gw.dat)...many mods have been developed recently using it...I've done my own...won't mention which one though. Here's links to the official Guild Wars Wiki on it (complete with a malware free texmod version (note the link goes to Tomb Raider Hub...if it goes somewhere else double check it first.):

There are a few Cartographer mods that are useful. Some change the color of the fog to make it contrast better some replace the fog with special graphics to make it clear when you have cleared an area. All mods are loaded with TexMod as tpf files...and all mods are temprorary...meaning they don't modify anything permanently...you run texmod, load up the mods, then hit run to execute Guild Wars. Assuming you got texmod from a reliable source (Tomb Raider hub....NOT THE FILE IN THE ORIGINAL POST OF THIS THREAD) your account should be safe.

Anet has commented on people modding with TexMod (you can read their comments on the pages linked above)...As long as the mods don't stray into exploit type areas (giving a significant advantage) they will basically ignore people using this third party program. Right now they don't view it as hurting the community so they let modders mod freely using it. You will not risk your account by using it.
