Ok, first you need a little common sense for this... Lets get started!
Obviously, you need to be level 20 to be avle to <<survive>> through this.
For this, you need to be at least at Droknar's Forge or Crystal Desert would be preferable...
You will need to have Healing Hands, a perfect healing spell wich heals you for arround 9 seconds, you will also need Mending, Balthasar's Defence wich grants you 5 mana at least every time you block, by the way, with that spell, your chance to block is encreased by 75% wich is a treamendous amount of damage reduction, you will also need Cleave because of it's nice ability against aggro (monsters that are attacking you). Endure pain is also required. Now try to max out your mana any way possible. The rest is whatever you find usefull.
REMINDER: YOUR AXE SKILLS AND HEALING SPELLS MUSAT BE MAXED OUT, DO NOT FORGET TO PUT AS MANY POINTS POSSIBLE IN PROTECTION SPELLS! STRENGHT MUST ALSO BE MAXED AFTER HEALING SPELLS
Step out the town wich you want to farm, run arround, making about 10 to 15 monsters follow you arround and once you feel enough monsters are arround you, use cleave and keep on using it untill you have 5 mana remaining, then cast Balthasar's Defence, you will gain mana very fast, then cast healing hands as soon as you can... Mending should already applied.
NOTE: This will more likely work with 80-85 armor rating, Medium Vigor rune, minor strenght rune and medium experience in gameplay.
