Only hardware macro's work

With Hardware Macros, can you repeat them without pushing buttons? for example if you program your keyboard to push key 1, then 10 seconds later push key 2 etc... will it repeat? or do you have to push it yourself each time?

btw, the tool which the use to protect the game is called GameGuard (nProtect). Most MMO use it so if you look up GameGuard or nProtect and disable in the search engine you will find alot of useful information. I havent managed to disable GameGuard as it is needed in order to run the game.

I have setup my own GameGuard Server, so it will mean my GameGuard will no longer be updated. Which is good if you find a way on how to disable it.

Just what i managed to find already. Sad thing is that you cannot encrypt the information back again, if you could then you could decrypt the files, change the values, encrypt them and then you will be able to run GameMon.des (the GameGuard Program) with all the API calls still active (API calls for those who dont know is what all macro programs use to emulate the keyboard and mouse).

So thats what i managed to dig up so far from various sites.

I don't know for others hardware, but for the G15, it reproduce (or not depends what options you have checked^^) the time between each keys. And there is also options to repeat the macro untill you don't stop it. Pretty good keyboard^^ but I don't really use macro, not even in Cabal, I have just tested it with my blader, but now, I play the old way^^

Maybe i need to get that keyboard :)

I just asked for a tranfer for my character from the "Lvl Race" to another server, does it matter what channel your on? is each channel a seperate server? and are seperate rules applied to each server? for example channel 3 (Novice), Channel 5 (blank), Channel 6 (trade) etc...

Maybe you should have a look on the official forum, there's a lot of informations^^
So channels are nearly like different server, but you can talk with someone on the channel 5 when you are on the channel 3, and you can change of channel when you want. I advise you to choose the channel with the least number of people (the more little bar) to xp, and the channel 2 for trade. Except the channel War, the desciption of the others means nothing^^
So all the channels are the same, except the war, when pk is totally autorised, no penalities for pking someone here^^
But really, you should read the forum, you will learn pleny of things, and it's surely better explained there by people who really speak english than here by me^^

Ok thanks for the info :)

I have ordered my Logitech G15 and should arrive Monday or Tuesday, which i carnt wait :D

I have downloaded the software and it looks really good, 18 programable buttons, 3 modes (3x 18 Programable if you switch modes), you are able to create a profile for each game or choose one already made (it detects and installs the profiles according to what game is installed) and i was really amazed what you can do, this keyboard to me doesnt look like it stops at games, it looks like you can program those 18 buttons to do almost anything and the LCD display looks really useful as well as in games it shows your stats like ammo, health, mana (this has not been tested with cabal, currently there is no profile for cabal online yet, i will develop one once i get my G15).

I was really blown away by the stats and features you get with it compared to a normal keyboard, as i said, i cannot wait :D

I am still waiting for my character to be transfered, they havent done it yet, i am not sure if i choosen the right server, i choosen Mercury and i think everyone will go to Mars first as its the first in the server list.

belmont1, if you already have a profile or macro developed for the G15, do you mind sharing it?

It may help me / others in the game and would save me building one or i can use it as a basis for mine.

I got my G15 and it looks, feels and works amazing.

I also got my main character tranfered from "Lvl Race" which i am pleased about, it means i can continue playing the game, the only bad thing is that most of my trial was wasted in getting the transfer :( but oh well.

Due to GameGaurd being an issue with standard macros / bots, would anyone be intrested in G15 macros?

Currently only hardware macros work so if anyone is intrested in G15 macros, let me know and i will start developing / release my G15 macros.

What GG does :
- installs kernel driver allowing *any* process to get unrestricted I/O access to any hardware ( you can do *anything* with such access if you know how )
- hijacks kernel's internal APIs for process manipulation ( starting/listing/etc )
- injects DLL into every running app on your system


You cannot do much if it injects itself into the core of the operating system, i dont think even exhume can protect against that.
