well.. I dont know what is a "invite code"
But im not from USA or EUROPE and i can play both without a problem
and its very easy..
you guys just have to download this program called "hotspot shield"
then install it, then run it before open the game. and done
This program change ur IP 4 a new one from USA and it works perfectly for EUROPE too.
