Firstly, we at Games-Masters would like to apologise for the amount of time the game has been closed. Both ESTSoft and Games-Masters have worked continuously to investigate, create and implement a solution for the bugs which occurred as a result of the last update. We received a patch from ESTSoft late yesterday evening, 31st August, and have spent time since then testing various reported bugs. As a result of some of the bugs, some players experienced unintended benefits from the game. Some reported bugs could be confirmed whereas others could not. Because of these benefits, we have opted to roll back the database to an earlier time of Tuesday 3pm GMT+1, which was during the maintenance reboot. This will mean, however, that it is possible that some players will lose newly created characters, Experience, ALZ, Items, Skill Exp etc which they gained after that time. However, due to the nature of problems we experienced, which can cause game balance issues, this situation has warranted the roll back of the database. Any losses which occur as part of the roll back can not be replaced by us, so please don't open a support requesting the replacement of an item or ALZ etc. All purchased shop items will be reset so that you can simply 'receive' them back into your inventory, so you won't lose them. We have also compensated Platinum users by giving them 2 days free to their accounts extending their expiry date, so they haven't lost anything either. Please contact us immediately by opening a support ticket if you still experience any problems. Again, we apologise for the inconvenience. |
