Empires Game #2

Congratulations to monsteroplis for winning the first Empires game!!!
We have started round #2. This game will be a little more fast paced now that you have some experience with playing the game.
We still plan to try and get a second game running. There is no documentation, so it is hard to get these games up and running. But, we will try.
Anyway, let the games begin!!!
