Some Small Site Updates Today

Im preparation for the new forums we need to get rid of sub forums which didnt really benefit us anyways. As well we are going to clean up some forums. IE take out the trash on stuff. So today you might have load out times for 1-5 minutes. THIS IS NOT THE DDOS PROTECTION SYSTEM. That would ban you fro 10+ minutes.
