Since the restore we are having members who cant seem to access the site. If thats the case please use the live chat to get help right away or just send me a quick message. We should be able to easily fix your problem and get your account back to the premium you enjoy. If the error was on our side for your downtime we will as well give you some extra time for your wait

Chat is online almost all the time
. Just send a quick chat to me and it will be fixed. Much easier and quicker than members doing PMs
