How to do the thor rush

1 - Supply depot at 10
2 - Barracks at 12
3 - Refinery at 13.
4 - At 100 gas build a factory
5 - Keep doing scvs and marines + orbital command boost.
6 - Do not build a tech lab on your barracks.
7 - Build a second refinery while the factory is building.
8 - Build an armory asap.
9 - Build a tech lab while your armory is building.
10 - Build a hellion.
11 - When the armory is done build your thor
12 - As soon as the thor is done put 8 svcs on it and go for the kill. (Right click repair to set up auto repair)
13 - Build your second thor asap.
14 - As soon as your second thor is done put 6 more scvs on him and go help your first thor in battle.

Things to watch out for

If your opponent as a good setup of tanks you might be in trouble. Most players dont get a ton of tanks early game so you should be fine just be careful as their splash damage can kill off your scvs quickly and ruin your chances of this working. Sometimes instead of the hellion it helps to go for a siege tank with an upgraded siege mode so you can kill off his anti rush defense and your thor can get in there quickly.

This works really only on 1v1 maps or any game where you spot your opponent quickly. Its a cheese. Also its sort of bad. Use to work a lot in the beta when people sucked but now most people will pull workers to stop it. Or counter your base with all their workers and military.

Anything HuskyStarcraft can do is hardly really a solid strategy in my honest opinion (I played SC2 in Korea).

Its fun but I think a betta proxy strategy is like maybe a Banshee with cloak because its easier to save a weak banshee than a stranded and slow thor.
