I believe it is possibly in the guides section on this very site, although I would have sourced it from mmowned or similar as I do not have access to the premium sections of this site, I can't find the original thread anymore so I have to apologise to the original poster whoever and where-ever he is..

As you'll see it's a collection of page grabs from KFGuides, the person who purchased the account / guide and subsequently grabbed the info for sharing with the community sadly did not wait for all the pages to render fully so some images from the guide are not loaded. Each page is a jpeg.

Having said that, all the text for which quest npcs to visit and written instructions are all available.

I believe the complete Guardian levelling guide was made available very early on. shall see if I can locate it again, altho I do only play Defiant at the mo so my incentive is somewhat reduced
