Rift Exploit Maintain Buffs While Switching Souls In Game

This exploit is mage specific but still pretty big it basically allows a mage to swap souls on the fly and keep buffs.
It is possible to switch between a Soul on the go as long as 0 points have been invested into it and maintain the buffs obtained after swapping Souls, while gaining a new set of 0 point skills.
Example:
Watch my buffs as I swap from Archon to Dominator to CC a mob, and then back to Archon with the mob remaining in a CC'd state.
