Weapon Triggers When Not Equiped

Here is a rift exploit that gives you weapon triggers for items that you have in your bag and are not even equipped.
Pretty simply bug/exploit. Weapon Runes that have a chance to trigger can trigger if the weapon they are applied to is in your bag. There are a few of these at the plaque vendor for rune makers.

Yea i just saw this one too belp its pretty nice. Also fixed it so max width is set for the forums. WOOT
