Just Works on Normal and Hell not on nightmare.

repeat the bold steps, u can finish the quest 10000000 times with just kill Zoltun Kull once.

Don't you get diminishing returns now from doing this?

Not that im aware of.

it's not diminishing returns in the sense that the quest gives you less experience per turn-in, but after the early to mid 20s or so, it's probably better to try something else.

I tried creating macros to do the turn-ins for me, but it seems like Blizzard does something to make the NPCs show up in slightly different positions sometimes, so I couldn't use a simple recording macro. Perhaps there are better ways to do it with real bots that would make this much nicer to do AFK.
