This is only working with items that has NO Buy Now Price or Buy Now Price more than what you currently have. For those otherwise, I'm not sure as I haven't tested yet.
1) Says you see an item going for Starting bids at 100k and Buy now at 5mil or there is no buy out. You currently have 3 mils in your budget right now.
2) Bid for 5mils / Buy Out Price or whatever the amount that more than your budget.
