So basically you get elite mobs low in health. Then do a move that kills them at the same time. This will bug the mobs so each one drops loot.

For example as the monk use the exploding palm skill. Just get them low on health (below 30%) and pop them with it.

Another one would be on the Demon Hunters. Bring them all down to a low hp. Then sticky trap all of them, then use a cluster arrow to kill them all.

This only works with Health Linked, and it has also been patched.

Nope. It still works with monk and exploding palm. I was doing it earlier. It was supposed to be patched but I've gotten like 6 yellow drops out of 1 pack of elites. It's not "easy" to do though. You sometimes overdo it if your monk (like mine) does a LOT of damage. Also you have to be careful not to get yourself killed while getting one of them down that didn't lose as much as the other 3-4.

It's easiest with elites in the crypts. They aren't fast moving and don't do a terrible lot of damage if you're well geared. There are a few problematic ones but sometimes just killing 1 of the 3 will make the job easier.

Take the last two, get em low, exploding palm, then kill it. Boom. Loot.

Yeah, there's a youtube video on the exploding palm one, but everyone else, it was patched.
