Simply navigate to your:

Program Files -> TERA -> Client -> S1Game -> Config -> S1Input.ini (Open with notepad)

Once here, push Ctl+F and search 'bEnableMouseSmoothing' (by default should be like 8th or 9th line down. Directly underneath this line input exactly 'Bindings=(Name="x",Command="fov 100")' without apostrophes. DO NOT add a semicolon like all lines beneath this, otherwise this binding will not work.

In the Bind you notice "x" is the button selected to switch to this mode, in that spot of the line, you can replace it with any button you wish, however make you sure you have the correct abr. and it isn't bound to anything in game.

Default FOV (Field Of View) is set at 60 for standard monitors, using this it sets it to 100, making it not only zoom out further, but also makes buildings and landscape more proportional, and it utilized your peripherals more.

This is a part of like a million different ini tweak guides and posted on a multitude of forums out there.

It's a good tip, but I'm not really sure it's anything anyone who actually spends any time online reading up on Tera stuff hasn't already seen a dozen times.
