what speeds do you play macros

just wandering what speeds you lot play your crafting macros.
im playing mine at -50 at the moment is it possible that you could get caught if you play them too fast?

i change mine alot due 2 my pc somtimes lags and i dont want tonnes of numbers going out.

Just try keep increasing the number till it starts making failures, then lower it again just a abit
