So I managed to bump into a website called http://www.gw2crafts.net/ which unlike other crafting guides, checks the auction house for the best prices on auctions and creates the most cost efficient ways to max out crafting skills.
I found it to be quite effective since I bought all the required materials and just began crafting which resulted in me maxing out Weaponsmithing in under 15 minutes
Will still require farming of ores or money to spare
