One-Shot Risen Priest of Balthazar with Necro Plague Signet

1) As a necromancer, equip Plague Signet.
2) Wait until you have the one-shot condition.
3) Transfer the condition to Balthazar using Plague Signet.
4) Announce to your remaining attack party that Balthazar is vulnerable. (go nuts to get attacks in)

"I used my condition transfer (Plague Signet) on Balthazar when I had the one-shot debuff on me, and it transferred the debuff to him and one-shot him. He was at 90 percent health when it killed him."
Defeat the Risen priest of Balthazar event in Straits of Devastation Event in Stratis of Devastation.

Normally this fight is near impossible, as seen in the video below.
