I tried to confirm but it went something like this...
Would you mind jotting down the X,Y,Z coordinates of the chest please?

Isnt that more of just a way to do the quest as opposed to an exploit?

I found an easier way to get to it I just looked at the dudes mini map on the video and found where the last puzzle was so I wall hacked to there and used gravity or you can use teleport to click to get there well here's the cords i'm pretty sure there the right ones
X: -486.97
Y: 414.48
Z: 51.79
Got the cords using Midnight hack engine free version
