GW2 Forever 33% Speed Exploit

Havent tested this one yet. Its a way to get a perma speed buff on your toon.
- Get the minor sigil of speed.
- When you kill a foo you get a 5 second speed boost.
- However its bugged that you get that 33% speed buff til you die.
- So go kill a mob and get the speed buff and start using it.
