There are lots of new ways popping up on reddit showing how to stay in game and avoid the AFK ban kick.

You paid for the game, why not stay in and gain the extra labor!

Here is how you do it:
West Side -> Memoria in starting zone
East Side -> Arcum Iris in starting zone

Find the training dummys (let me know if you find other locations)
Right click on to auto attack. Tape the button down, use the other anti-afk script (Register to unlock hidden link) to hold the button down.

This does work, but it is a bannable offense it seems.

They are getting really heavy on the anti-afking it does work but as belz says very bannable and its monitored

Confirmed.. but risky. I have read that quite a few people are still doing this on reddit without being banned. So just a risk.
