trade pack runs

You can get multiple people the credit for turning in trade packs with only one person actually doing it by partying up... this way your not out the trade packs and there is no chance of being wiped out.. a full party can have the quest and if you get wiped out.. only one person actually loses the pack. Like wise if that one person manages to turn it in.. everyone in the party gets credit for turning in a trade pack even though they didn't have one on them.

Im not sure if this works with any of the quests but it certainly doesnt work with all of them.

Guy doesn't know how to relay information:

I've confirmed:
When doing a quest that says to bring a trade pack to somewhere, you complete the quest when you get close. If you drop the pack and someone else on the quest picks it up, they also get it completed. You can repeat this as many times as needed.

Personal Experience: I was setting up teleport spots for trade packs, was at the place where I needed to turn in my 4th trade pack for my large farm. I saw a friendly was coming on to the docks and reds killed him. I was able to get his pack and that part of my quest completed, but the quest required to me to MAKE the pack and BRING it to the area, so I just had to make the pack and it didn't matter what I did with it.
