Posting ERROR ( please fix its a pain in the A$$ )

WTH is this error, it started appearing 2 weeks ago, about that time I shurked it off saying it was a Latency issue, but now every post I do I get that error, can someone please fix this error ? Thanks.Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 421 4.3.2 Too many open connections.
