User Agreement

We dont want spies right ? we dont want spies from for example "Arenanet"(Guild wars) and let them watch "our" exploits,bots etc . Why not put a sentence in the User Agreement that if they are involved or have a relationship with such a company that they are not allowed in here and if they click User Agreement they say that they have nothing to do with such a company .
Because they have to stay legal they wont bother us anymore, if they do u cud get them to court
