Right so I load it all up in xunleashed and log in to FFXI. I'm on the game but according to the client you have to move your mouse cursor down to the bottom of the screen and a taskbar pops up.

I move the mouse everywhere on the screen and nothing pops up.

Someone please help me out and explain what I have to do.

sorry nevermind, I think I've got it ^^

I just reinstalled X for a new computer but notice that it's doing the same thing. Willing to bet it's an option that I forgot to uncheck. If I find an answer, I'll post it back on this thread.

OK, I feel stupid. Under the options, the configured for section had a different game. Although I typed in the correct path for Launch Path and DXFile (hook1), it didn't recognize it till I selected the right game (in my case, Everquest 2).

Made the change and it loaded right up. Hopefully, my ignorance will help someone else.
