Bottom of FFXI screen is cut off

Xunleashed is cutting off the bottom inch or so of the screen in FFXI.
I cant see the first chat box line, nore can I pull up the Xunleased menu bar that is usually on the bottom.
Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Edit:
I tried with just windowed checked, and that seems to be the problem, the top blue part of the wondow is pushing the bottom of the screen out of view (note: i tried fixing this by moving the screen up, but the bottom just isnt there.)
Also I tried with just dialog checked, and it looks fine, but now it wont let me Alt+tab out of FFXI and into say InternetExplorer or whatever else i have opened.

Only check ONE. Window or dialog, not both.
If you still have problems, post your xu log.
EDIT: I do not see any problems with windowed mode, but I could be just not seeing it. I am looking at the dialog option now to see.

Ok, i tested dialog mode.
Press ctrl-ins-MINUS to minimize the PlayOnline black background window.
.... until a better fix is posted.

OK, above is my log file. I logged into FFXI with only dialog checked and then I tried pressing Ctrl-ins-minus and i saw that it did minimize something, but I couldnt see exactly what because it was behind the game screen (saw it for a split second then FFXI came back to the front)
Tried alt-tab after that and still cant bring anything up in front of the game screen. When this happens I see what I want to bring up for like a couple milliseconds, but then the FFXI game screen come back up in front of everything.
Edit: Apparently same problem as this guy.

Still having the same problems as above:
When in Dialog mode I cant alt+tab out of the game.
And when in windowed mode the bottome of the screen is cut off.

Also, when i try to move the window up in windowed mode, the game crashes.
