Why has the download page been down for a week?

I purchased my membership for $25 a week ago - I checked the download page, it was down. I checked it again the next day, was down. I've kept checking it until today - it's always down?
This is a scam?

Go to confirmed section of the site Register to unlock hidden link and download it programs for it there. We are redoing a new download page.

Haha anyways yea we are working on that but this week we have something we felt was far more important and better than the download page coming out.
