I have installed PlayOnline
When I try and run it I get the following error message

PlayOnline Viewer has encountered a problem and needs to close

I have tried reinstalling but it did not fix the problem
This is the error in the eventvwr

Faulting application pol.exe, version 1.14.0.0, faulting module pol.exe, version 1.14.0.0, fault address 0x000074f6.

have you unchecked hook dx7 box?
