Hey, I signed up a couple months ago and everything was great. about a month ago I moved, and in the last few days I got my computers back up, blew them out and created new ghost images for both. I attempted to log in and it kept telling me my information was wrong. I did password recovery and it reminded me of my username and password. I log in and in the forums it says I have to have a premium membership to view the forums. I still have my confirmation information through paypal for the payment, and all the information stating i'm good for another 10 months but now on my sub information page it says first a basic sub and under that another basic sub rather then premium membership that i used to have. I cant for the life of me find a link to email someone regarding my situation and i've sent a PM to a couple admins with no avail, anybody know whats goin on and how / what i can do to fix this. Hmm bakabear you sure. I cant seem to even find your account ever being premium thats odd. You sure this is the correct account?

Well its the only account i'm aware of having. I'll PM you the paypal sub info, and my registered email info and if anything look it up for me. I'll send the PM now

ok sent the PM with the sub info. Also the outgoing PMs always go to outbox and not sentbox. Is that normal?

Still not premium status. any way i can get reimbursed for this downtime? Like an extension on the back end of my year?
