Giving TUbucks

Ok I tried to search how to do this but I couldn't find it because every post came up with the word TUbuck. How do you give other people TUbucks?

We dont allow them to give as it stands until we fix some technicalities.

But who gives them then? Moderators? Because if they weren't giveable I wouldn't have more bucks then points.

you get them from admins. Also keep in mind when posts are deleted they still show your bucks.
