PM Tault_Admin. he is the one who takes care of this stuff. once the TU bucks are completly done hopefully most of these problems with premium being given will stop

well maybe its not so much of not paying attention its most likely because they are planning new surprises for us, also i read the terms of use thing and it said that it will take up to 24 hours for any action to be taken to your question or even buying a pre account so it may take till tommorow it also said that sometimes in times of urgency it takes a week's time at the most
