I had to create a new acocunt just so i could get some help. I sent 3 emails and no responce! I purchased a premium account in june or july. I lost my pass word but when i try password recovery it tells me my email isnt not registered with that account name. I've tried all the emails i hade the past year and nothing is working. I'm really disapointed in the lack of customer service. My premium membership name is Tault_JoselynTP
