XU no pop up in eq2

this just started today, XU worked great last night..
today i load XU once in game i run my mouse to the bottom of the screen to click scripts but the bar wont pop up..
i tried rebooting seceral times and reinstall the whoel app and services stilll no luck..
i cant get the XU bar to pop up in game....
