account problem

i've payed for premium and i've received the registration code, but i can't post into forum of lineage2, it require premium.
In "account information" say me i have account premium.
And i search the script for xunleashed but i not able to find in a forum or i can't see any secret section.
Sorry for english, i'm italian and i not speek good eng.
