upgrading 2 premium account

hi im new i was wondering if i could upgrade 2 a premium account but.. i dont haf a paypal and only haf a solo debit card anyway round this some reply

Can't you make a paypal account and add a debit card onto it? You don't have to be any specific age to do it.

yeah you can make a paypal and use a debit card on it. the only reason you would need to put in your account is to remove the spending cap that is on there

dunno lol i've just opened a paypal account but carnt find the debit card add link

Should be on the top left side "add credit card"
